Pricing
Fox Plaza pricing runs from $8.00 per square foot to $14.00 for Bypass exposure. This pricing does not include custom "Fit Up". Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges will apply. These charges cover landscaping, parking lot grading, and other shared expenses. Leasers will pay a percentage based on the leased square footage for the building.
