Pricing
Foxglove Office Space pricing runs from $12.00 per square foot to $14.00 for the Center Drive visible space. This pricing does not include custom "Fit Up". Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges will apply. These charges cover landscaping, parking lot grating, and other shared expenses. Leasers will pay a percentage based on the leased square footage for the building.
