Pricing

Fox Plaza pricing runs from $6.00 per square foot. This pricing does not include custom "Fit Up". Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges will apply. These charges cover landscaping, parking lot grading, and other shared expenses. Leasers will pay a percentage based on the leased square footage for the building. With 5 year lease owner will pay 1/2 of the fit up fee, with approved drawings and plans.

Notice: Prices are negotiable and can fluctuate based on the length of the lease.
